Masters Trained Social Worker · CBT
We all need a little help at times — whether we're facing problems, making choices, or exploring our feelings. Together, we'll navigate the bumpy pathways and difficult decisions. Wendy can help.
About Me
I am a Masters Trained Social Worker, registered in Israel. My training and focus have been analytical, and I use CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) to teach tools for coping with and controlling anxieties.
Everybody has personal and professional goals. I work with you on gaining confidence and self-esteem, and help you strive toward them.
I deal with anxiety, depression, bipolar and PTSD disorders. I have vast experience in eating disorders and the dual diagnoses that come with them. I have worked with domestic and childhood violence and have been in practice many years, in both the U.S. and Israel.
My Approach
My work includes helping individuals address their emotional, psychological, and behavioral challenges. I adopt various therapeutic techniques to help clients understand their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors — and work with them to develop coping strategies, improve emotional well-being, and make positive changes in their lives.
Cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychoanalysis, humanistic therapy, and other evidence-based approaches — matched to what you need.
I help you navigate relationships, manage stress, and work toward personal growth and healing — with support, never judgment.
Together we build coping tools and confidence so you can improve your mental health and make choices that move your life forward.
Ways to Work Together
Individual clients meet one-on-one for 50-minute sessions, in person or virtually, depending on your needs.
A consultation appointment — in person, by phone, or virtual — is recommended before making a longer-term commitment.
Group therapy is an excellent outlet for clients who benefit from working within a group setting. Groups are composed of 4 to 5 individuals who share a common concern or life experience.
Groups run on eight-week cycles and meet once a week for an hour. Dates and times are based on member and therapist availability.
Hours are Sunday through Thursday, at various times that work with everyone's schedule.

Good to Know
Cancellation of an appointment must be done 24 hours ahead of time, or full payment for the session will be required.
Confidentiality is completely and utterly maintained for all individuals 16 and over, and is only broken if the client's life — or the life of others — is in danger.
Payment is expected at the time of service, unless arranged otherwise.
My privacy policy follows the guidelines and laws related to the confidentiality of client information. As a therapist, I collect, use, store, and disclose personal and health-related information provided by my clients only as required to provide care.
This policy emphasizes the importance of maintaining confidentiality and ensuring the security of client data, and adheres to the legal and ethical standards for the protection and confidential handling of individuals' medical information.
I will always discuss my privacy policy with clients to ensure transparency and trust in the therapeutic relationship.
